Who we are

We provide a unique and fresh perspective to Pest Control training and consultancy services.

With over 30 years practical experience, we understand the day-to-day practicalities that Pest Control operatives and companies face. John Hope is time served in the Pest Control industry at all levels, starting as a technician working in London, a Field Biologist, Service Manager, Health & Safety Manager and as the Technical Manager of a large national Pest Control company.

More recently, many people will know him as Technical Manager for the National Pest Technicians Association, where he worked for almost 5 years and provided invaluable advice to technicians and business owners on a wide variety of subjects.

John has also achieved a high ranked environmental health degree which encompasses all areas of public health, including health & safety and food safety as well as various pest control related qualifications, including the BPCA level 1 (now RSPH Level 2); BPCA Advanced Accredited technician (part II) qualification, for which he was nominated for the Charles Keeble Award as well as Level 3 in Mosquito Control.

John is also a qualified trainer and is also able to offer support, training and guidance in Health & Safety matters. John has often acted as the Health & Safety Advisor for many members under the CHAS scheme.

Health and Safety is an area that many small to medium-sized Pest Control businesses fail to give the attention it deserves and requires under law, so we offer training in this area to ensure that businesses can become and remain fully compliant. To quote John ‘ignorance of the law is no defence’.

We can provide bespoke solutions for business, be it delivering bedbug awareness training to hotel facilities staff, pest awareness training to retail and manufacturing teams, or mentoring technicians in the field who may require additional support and guidance.
